• Billing information — subscription and payment details processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers on our systems.

How we use your information

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from PromoEQP related to your account, billing, trial status, and program updates. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services — for example, messaging platform providers acting on our behalf — is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own use.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and analytics) under obligations of confidentiality; and government or legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
