What does PromoEQP cost? +

Your first month is free, then $10/month for months two and three, then $39/month standard from the fourth month on. It is a month-to-month subscription — cancel any time.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +

No. Membership is month-to-month with no minimum term. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and there is no clawback on the free month.

Do you take rebates or a percentage of my orders? +

Never. PromoEQP is a flat monthly subscription. We take no rebates, no percentage of your sales, no volume requirements, and no merchant-of-record fees.

Do I have to use SAGE? +

No. You do not need SAGE to participate. PromoEQP integrates deeply with SAGE, so distributors who use it get enhanced benefits — but the network works fully without it.

What is included with membership? +

Full access to the curated supplier index, direct contact with every supplier partner, time-limited supplier deals, and monthly market updates.

Do I have to share my financial or sales data? +

No. We do not require disclosure of your financial data, and there are no mandatory sales-volume or group-reporting requirements.

How do I cancel? +

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, with no penalty.

How do I start the trial? +

Fill out the trial form and a PromoEQP associate will reach out to finish setting up your account. No credit card is required to start your free month.
