PromoEQP has committed itself singularly to a strategic partnership with SAGE — the industry's most widely used product-research, order, and CRM platform. The two systems are wired together so distributors can run on a single toolchain without giving up unbundled supplier pricing.

You don't need to use SAGE to participate in PromoEQP. It simply means enhanced benefits — and a noticeably shorter path from quote to PO — for distributors who do.

For the distributor

What it changes day-to-day.

  • Search is sharper. Strategic suppliers float to the top of preference results — not because of a paid placement, but because the network has explicitly ranked them.
  • Quoting is faster. Net pricing and EQP rules are visible at the product level. The "is this the real number?" step goes away.
  • POs flow. Orders sent through SAGE Order land at suppliers tagged correctly as PromoEQP, so credit on the back end doesn't depend on a phone call.
  • No SAGE? Still in. Distributors who use ESP, Distributor Central, or no platform at all get the same supplier access through the PromoEQP dashboard.
